Lee Gruber is an entrepreneur at heart, and interested in small business development from the ground up.

Lee’s background is in Sociology and Art History, with a stint in the Peace Corp in Micronesia.  She later worked with autistic children and their parents for five years, which helped to give her a unique perspective on the cause and effect of entrepreneurial potential.

From the development of a nationally-known boating interior design/manufacturing business on the coast of Florida (with the ocean at her fingertips), to an internationally acclaimed tile business and annual CLAY Festival in Silver City, New Mexico (with the desert and mud at her fingertips), Lee has come a long way from the 7-year-old girl who started her first business with a camp for neighborhood children that had nothing to do on hot summer days.
